IL Supreme Court: Affiliate Nexus Tax Law is Unconstitutional

The Illinois Supreme Court has upheld a circuit court ruling that the IL Affiliate Nexus Tax law is unconstitutional.

Give me a high five!Great news – another win in Illinois.

The PMA are waiting for more information from their legal team regarding the next steps.
