After 15 years as a breast cancer surgeon, working HARD to cure as many patients as possible, I "fell off my horse on the way to Damascus" - realized that there was NO foundation devoted SPECIFICALLY to understanding the causes of breast cancer, or trying to actually PREVENT the disease - and created the Breast Health & Healing Foundation....out of my own personal funds. On the monetary balance sheet, I am so far into the red it is a pity.....but on the balance sheet of What Is Good and Right with the World, I am wealthy and I am in the process of creating the kind of change we all hope for - the PURE CURE, prevention. This has been the best enterprise I have ever created, and I am sure that "build it and they will come" is going to (once again) prove true. Take a peek at my website, blogs and tweets.
